DAY 1
SEND US YOUR INQUIRY
Send us your inquiry and our designer will call you back within 30 minutes to make a preliminary calculation of the kitchen you choose, and will also advise on the choice of facades, countertops, fittings and appliances. If necessary, a free measurement taking visit can be arranged at yuor convenient time.
DAY 2-3
FREE MEASUREMENTS TAKING
Our designer-measurer comes to you at the appointed time and takes the correct measurement of the kitchen, taking into account the location of all communications. At this time you can see our catalogue of the FACADE SAMPLES.
Our designer will:
• Explain how to make the most of the space, even in a small kitchen.
• Develop a kitchen design project INFRONT OF YOU

DAY 4-6
YOUR KITCHEN DESIGN IS READY
At this stage, we will present your detailed Kitchen design and get an accurate calculation.
Should you wish to change anything at this stage - this is the best time. We will finalize selection of materials for your facades, as well as fittings, accessories, worktop and appliances.
DAY 7
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After agreeing on all the aspects of the design and the production of your kitchen unit, we sign an agreement in which:
1. Our responsibilities for the production, delivery and installation of the kitchen unit are spelled out
2. Terms of production, warranties and additional services that must be provided in full
3. Design project + specification of your future kitchen, including fittings, accessories and assembly

DETAILED MEASUREMENTS OF THE KITCHEN SPACE
With the help of special equipment, our experiences measurer will conduct a technical measurement of the room where the kitchen set will be installed. The task of a technical specialist is to provide all the nuances down to the millimeter.
He will:
• Measure all walls from different angles and sides with an accuracy of 1 mm
• Check the curvature of the walls and ceiling, measure the angles, distance to the window and take into account other nuances of the room
You will also receive repair recommendations, if necessary.

QUALITY CONTROL

Each item is packed in several layers: corrugated cardboard and stretch films.
Glass elements require special attention; therefore, they are packed in rigid frame packaging.

INSTALLATION DAYS
Assembly and installation quality is measured by 5 parameters, including not only the quality of work, but also punctuality, appearance and politeness. Cleaning the space from packaging and installation dust and debris is also on us.
Next, you check your new kitchen set, sign the acceptance certificate and fill out a feedback questionnaire about the work of our company's employees. This is important, because the bonus part of their salary depends on your feedback.
